Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university. Professional Engineering License in the State of Illinois or ability to obtain Illinois P.E. license within one (1) year. Demonstrated track record of professional growth with a minimum seven (7) years of increasingly responsible roles in municipal-related civil engineering, five (5) years as a project manager, including three (3) years dealing with MFT projects.
