Lifetime Achievement Award

Qualifications

The Robert B. Morris Achievement Award is presented to a retired individual who has served no less than 20 years in local government, at least eight of those in Illinois. We are looking for candidates who have made significant contributions beyond their own communities (e.g., through service to the associations and the profession).
