What’s Culture Got to Do With It? How to Become a Destination Employer
Culture is a consequence of the experiences, beliefs, and behaviors that leaders foster, which ultimately leads to results. Transforming workforce culture begins with objectives linked to your business strategy, which requires a story written to help your leaders and team members succeed in the workplace. In this workshop, we will discuss how leaders impact the culture within teams and/or organizations, and discuss a unique approach to culture shaping designed to create purposeful behaviors that drive business outcomes.
- Define the “Results Path” and discuss how to lead others towards a desired culture.
- Discuss how to connect the dots between culture and organization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to write yourself into the story and demonstrate your role as a leader in impacting your culture
