Presenter:
Mike Patterson, President, On Track Leadership, Inc. As the President of On Track Leadership, Inc., Mike helps executives and aspiring leaders increase their productivity, create and execute strategic plans, negotiate more effectively and lead their organizations at a higher level. He uses a unique blend of coaching, training and consulting, enabling his clients to accomplish their goals faster and with less effort.
As a professional trainer, speaker, and consultant, Mike Patterson has presented to audiences around the world that include American Airlines, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare, Goldman Sachs, Nextel, and Sage BioPharma. Topics include effective negotiating, leadership, interpersonal communications, setting goals, identifying values, and time management.
After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mike enjoyed a wide variety of experiences. He has held several positions with Fortune 500 companies including engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, sales administration, and marketing. Additionally, he founded a consulting firm On Track Leadership that facilitates a strategic development process dramatically increasing the effectiveness of companies.
Mike is a certified trainer for topics that include: Teleometrics Achieving Manager Program, Behavioral Interviewing, Negotiating With The Power of Nice, DISC Communication Styles, Leadership Development, and Personal Productivity.
In addition to his corporate experience Mike has been an adjunct faculty member in the Business Department for The College of Lake County where he taught business students how to effectively develop and train people.
Mike is a firm believer in giving back to his community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kinship United and previously chaired the Board of Directors for Omni Youth Services.
