Summer Conference Social Event and Golf Sponsorships 2024

Social Event Sponsorships:

$4,000 – Gold

• Sponsor of Tuesday Night BBQ
• Sponsor of drink tickets for both Tuesday and Wednesday nights
• Sponsor of Wednesday night social event at the highlands
• Sponsor of Wednesday night entertainment
• Signage and Company swag at all events
• Individual and Company announced recognition of sponsorship at the Tuesday night BBQ and Wednesday awards lunch when speeches are given

$2,500 – Silver

• Sponsor of Wednesday night social event at the Highlands
• Sponsor of drink tickets for Wednesday night
• Signage and Company swag at all events
• Individual and Company announced recognition of sponsorship at the Tuesday night BBQ when speeches are given

$1,000 – Bronze

• Sponsor of Tuesday night bar
• Signage and Company swag at Wednesday night bar area
• Individual and Company announced recognition of sponsorship at the Tuesday night BBQ when speeches are given

Golf Sponsorships:

• Food and/or Beverage Sponsor: $2,100 to be the sole sponsor of boxed lunches for golfers and two beverage tickets. Or $1,500 for food sponsorship, and $500 for beverage sponsor (two separate sponsors)
  • Sponsorship may include promotional materials in/on the boxed lunches and drink tickets
• Beverage Cart Sponsor: $400 for sole sponsorship. Provides sponsor ability to add their signage to the beverage cart
• Hole Sponsor: $300/hole, up to 18 sponsors. Provides sponsor ability to place their signage at designated hole.

Golf sponsorship costs also include the cost of one table and two chairs at the outing, and inclusion on certain promotional materials before/during the conference.
