What You’ll Do:
- Advise managers and supervisors on HR policies and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead labor relations efforts, including negotiations and grievance resolutions.
- Drive training programs, policy development, and compliance with employment regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR management and labor relations experience.
- SPHR certification is a plus!
