Lincolnshire seeks a creative, energetic, focused, and motivated person with a strong commitment to public service to join the Lincolnshire team as the next Management Analyst in the Village Manager’s Office. This position reports directly to the Village Manager. The Management Analyst plays a key role executing on Village Board-directed goals including development and coordination of special events, Village communication, and day-to-day activities. The person in this position also provides support in customer service, budgeting, policy development/analysis, employee engagement, and assists other Village departments on special projects as needed. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and technical skills, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: A bachelor’s degree (master’s degree desirable) from an accredited college or university with related field and/or work experience is desired. A minimum of one year of experience in municipal government or public works is strongly preferred.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $68,670 – $98,100 dependent on qualifications and experience. Lincolnshire offers a competitive benefits package including paid leave time, medical, dental, and life insurance; and membership in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
